Nonprofit video often has to work across fundraising, marketing, communications and program teams, while handling real people and sensitive stories with care. Here are a few common questions before getting started.
Nonprofits are working harder to earn every donor.
Getting attention is only the beginning. The real challenge is turning that attention into a first gift, then giving new supporters a reason to stay involved. When either step breaks down, acquisition gets more expensive and long-term donor value suffers.
We help nonprofit fundraising and communications teams identify where that journey is losing momentum, then use strategy, storytelling, video and animation to increase response, support acquisition and strengthen donor relationships.
Nonprofits are competing for attention in a crowded environment, but awareness only matters if it turns into action. When people care about the cause but don’t donate, acquisition gets more expensive and campaigns have to work harder to bring in new supporters.
We help fundraising and communications teams sharpen the message, make the reason to act more relevant and build donor-facing stories and campaign content designed to move people from interest to a first gift across email, social, web and donation experiences.
Acquiring a donor takes time and money. When that first gift is also the last, the organization loses much of the long-term value that made the acquisition worthwhile in the first place.
We help keep the impact of giving visible after the first donation, using ongoing stories and campaign content that give supporters a reason to stay involved.
People have more choices about where to give. Broad mission language can explain what an organization does without making the value of a donation feel specific enough to choose, trust or keep supporting.
We use human stories, specific outcomes and visual storytelling to make the result of support more tangible and give donors a clearer reason to stay connected.

The strategy
A connected year-end campaign used the freedom and joy made possible by guide dogs to support donor acquisition, stewardship and renewal.
The result
The campaign exceeded its fundraising goal by $130,000, with the Giving Tuesday email series generating 51% of all donations.
A bilingual animated campaign helped Parachute turn complex poison prevention messaging into clear, engaging content across Meta and YouTube.
The campaign delivered nearly 1 million paid impressions, more than 14,000 Meta link clicks and 52,000 YouTube TrueViews across English and French audiences.
The problem
World Animal Protection needed to move people beyond awareness of animal welfare and toward one specific, achievable action.
The challenge was making a large, complex issue feel relevant enough for people to actually do something about it.
The strategy
We built the story around one manageable behaviour: one meatless day a week.
From there, the video connected that single action to tangible benefits for household budgets, family health, the environment and animal welfare, before ending with a clear call to act.
The result
The video generated 350,000+ YouTube views in the early campaign period, with viewers watching an average of 96.9%.
The broader campaign also drove increased site traffic and reduced social cost per landing-page view to $0.08, down from $0.32 the previous year.
Only 17.5% of donors make a second gift. That makes what happens after the first donation a major fundraising challenge.
Mercy Home used real stories from the young people it supports to create an evergreen animated campaign across social, email and its donation experience.
The evergreen animated campaign extended across social, email and its donation experience, helping grow Mercy Home’s monthly donor base and build a longer-term connection with supporters.
The main animated film also continued to provide long-term value as an asset, earning over 40K organic views on YouTube and counting.
You may be getting attention without enough action. New donors may be giving once and disappearing. Or supporters may understand the mission without seeing enough reason to stay involved.
We help find where the message or story is creating friction, then use strategy, video and animation to increase response, strengthen donor relationships and support longer-term giving.
See how video and animation can help increase response, support adoption, differentiate products and move important initiatives forward.
Tell us what you need people to do, whether that’s donate, give again, sign up, participate or take another important step.
We’ll help determine whether communication is part of the problem and where video or animation could help.
